Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

In-stock Items:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be reserved in advance. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. Please note that these are subject to change based on supplier or manufacturing delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped.

3. Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-order items will ship once they become available, according to the estimated release date listed on the product page.
If you place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship once all items are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We’ll notify you via email if there are any significant changes.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight.

Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $100.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order has not arrived or is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us at rivvthelabel@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
