Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information.

A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept AfterPay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our customer support immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and shipping method. If you have placed a pre order your order will dispatch before/on the given date and take 3-7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
